In 1974, Columbia River Capt. Ron Gray Sr., hand carved a brass tugboat and placed it on a hand crafted belt buckle. The belt buckle received so much interest he started a small-scale production that year of the same belt buckle as a hobby and were sold to co-workers and to others in the industry for many years until his retirement in 2004.
In 2010, Columbia River Capt. Ron Gray Jr, briefly took over his father's hobby for a short time and produced a limited supply of the same buckle his father made.
These 2010 produced new backstock belt buckles are 2" tall & 3"wide with brass tugboat centered on flat black buckle. Comes in original gift box.
Even more rare and sought after collectible than chrome back buckle. This sharp looking buckle will be appreciated for years to come. Only 4 are available.
